Through individualised presentations, interactive discussions as well as tried and tested “talk and chalk” sessions, the newly arrived Manager can understand the “how”, the “what”, the “why” and a lot, lot more as to the way Life and Work
in Britain is conducted.


Content of courses will depend on careful analysis of the Client’s requirements based on both pre-programme interviews as well as a detailed questionnaire.

Content can include such themes as management structures, time-keeping, networking, gender issues, as well as skill based topics such as relationship building, international listening habits all set against the bench-mark of the delegates’ own cultural background.

B) Cross Cultural Assimilation – moving out from the UK

Managers relocating abroad either on a Permanent or on a Weekly/Monthly commuter basis.

Content can include such themes as relationship building, territoriality, the role and importance of Family, nepotism, gender stereotypes, and cross-cultural relationship building.
