A) Cross
Cultural Assimilation- coming into the UK
International Managers moving
to the United Kingdom
Through individualised presentations,
interactive discussions as well as tried and tested “talk
and chalk” sessions, the newly arrived Manager can understand
the “how”, the “what”, the “why”
and a lot, lot more as to the way Life and Work
in Britain is conducted.

on careful analysis of the Client’s requirements based on both pre-programme
interviews as well as a detailed questionnaire.
Content can include such themes as
management structures, time-keeping, networking,
gender issues, as well as skill based topics such as relationship building,
international listening habits all set against
the bench-mark of the delegates’ own cultural background.

Assimilation – moving out from the UK
Managers relocating abroad either
on a Permanent or on a Weekly/Monthly commuter basis.
Content can include such themes as
relationship building, territoriality, the role
and importance of Family, nepotism, gender stereotypes, and cross-cultural
relationship building.

BUSINESS START-UP & MARKETING SUPPORT |
We represent Clients based both within the EU and North America that wish
to either set up Trading Companies within the region, or may wish to initially

importers requiring information on the Market they may be intending to

to set up a Company in the UK, we can provide information relating to
current requirements for Companies House Registration, Customs & Excise
information, and correct implementation of the latest legislation relating
to VAT. |
